Ward was the earliest daughter born in MonroeLouisiana, on the 15th of April, 1976. Monroe Christian School served as her Christian elementary school. Ward was a student at Ouachita parish high school to complete her secondary schooling. She then moved to River Oaks High School the summer after her junior year. After graduating, Ward briefly studied at Northeast Louisiana University. Ward quit school at thirteen and relocated into New York so that she could begin modeling. A few years later, she decided to also try acting. She first appeared on screen in 1970. an uncredited role in the soap-opera All My Children and was later a part of the short-lived NBC premier-time teen-drama Malibu Shores. The role she was cast in was Meg Cummings, a virgin in Sunset Beach in 1996. The year 1999 saw her film career began when she starred as Brittany Foster (the psychotic Brittany Foster) in the romantic thriller The In Crowd. In theaters the film was unsuccessful, however it enjoyed some popularity on cable and on DVD. Ward had a role as a backup in Shallow Hal the following year. Also, she has appeared in numerous other direct-to-DVD movies and has made guest appearances on various television shows particularly Friends. In 2009she was cast as Chloe Kmet, the mother to a little girl on the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. She also had a personal life. got married to director David C.
